Cathay Pacific brings to passengers ‘a taste of home’ in new Chinese menu

Cathay Pacific offers a new menu of Chinese dishes featuring the distinctive taste of home from Hong Kong and other well-loved Chinese flavours. The menu is offered to First and Business Class passengers and served on majority of flights departing Hong Kong.
Over 30 Chinese culinary delights will be rotated and served to Cathay Pacific’s premium passengers, who will enjoy a taste of home in dishes such as Hundred Treasure Duck (braised duck stuffed with glutinous rice), Shanghainese Braised Pork Meatball with Pak Choy and Braised Pork Belly Dongpo Style.
