Binter

Binter is an airline of the Canary Islands which, founded in 1989, began operating in the archipelago of the Canary Islands to offer connections between the islands, focusing on public service.

In 2005, the company began operating flights beyond the Canary Islands, with the aim of offering direct connections to other markets. An ever-growing offer, which today has 18 international routes, with destinations in Africa (Marrakech, Agadir, Dakhla, El Aaiún, Guelmim, Fez, Nouakchott, Dakar, Banjul, Sal), Portugal (Madeira, Ponta Delgada) and, since last year also in France (Lille, Marseille and Toulouse) and in Italy (Venice and Turin, to which Florence will be added this summer). In addition, the company offers 13 additional routes to Spanish destinations outside the Canary Islands.

The constant commitment to innovation has allowed Binter to obtain 7 times the award given every year by the ERA (European Regions Airline Association) to the best airlines. In addition, it has also received several awards from Tripadvisor and the travel agency eDreams for the level of quality offered and the satisfaction of its passengers.

Binter boasts one of the most modern fleets in Europe. In fact, it is the first airline on the continent to operate the Embraer E195-E2, the quietest, most sustainable and efficient single-aisle jet in its class, of which it has purchased another five units.

Ch-aviation, the Swiss provider of intelligence services to airlines, awarded Binter for the constant renewal of its fleet, one of the youngest in Europe.

In its corporate strategy, Binter focuses on sustainability, as demonstrated by the investment in more efficient and environmentally friendly aircraft, the use of equipment with a reduced carbon footprint, even in ground operations and the replacement of plastic with disposable and biodegradable materials. for service on board.
