EL AL Israel Airlines has been awarded the prestigious Five-Star Global Airline rating by APEX
For the fifth year in a row, EL AL has been awarded the prestigious Five-Star Global Airline rating by the international airline organization APEX, in the category of excellence in the passenger experience.
This recognition is based on millions of passenger reviews of more than 600 airlines worldwide, evaluating five key aspects of the flight experience: cabin crew service, food and beverages, entertainment systems, seat comfort, and Wi-Fi services.
Out of the hundreds of airlines reviewed, fewer than 7% received the Five-Star ranking, reflecting the global recognition of our service quality.
In addition, for the first time this year, EL AL has been included in APEX’s list of the Top 25 Airlines in the World.
This list features leading international carriers and places us alongside the most respected names in global aviation.
